7. Products with purchase and free of charge products
Any products offered on the website Free of Charge or Free of Charge when purchasing other products are limited to one per household.
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, some Scotland postcodes and other addresses will incur an additional costs but these will appear upon checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, or outside the UK via our website. As well as Royal Mail we also use Couriers for delivery. We have a flat rate delivery charge of £4.95, which includes a nominal charge to cover the costs of packaging and handling. This cost covers UK mainland only, other charges may apply for addresses outside this but the cost will be calculated upon checkout so you will never pay unexpected fees.
Due to rising costs of deliveries to various parts of the UK it has, in some circumstances, been necessary to increase the costs of delivering our products to you. If you have seen an increase in your delivery costs, please accept our apologies but unfortunately this increase is required to ensure that we are still able to deliver our award-winning products to your area of the UK.
Orders received will be processed between Monday and Friday, within 3 working days of receipt. Delivery will then be made by Royal Mail or Courier within 5 to 7 working days thereafter. Please allow extra delivery time during busy periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas and promotions). There may also be a slight delay in processing your order during the current coronavirus condition, due to the volume of orders.
If there is no one to accept your parcel, Royal Mail or our Couriers will post a card through your door for you to contact them to arrange a more convenient time to collect or deliver.

We will do our best to resolve any problems with you over the phone. If we cannot correct the problem we will be happy for you to return your item for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of used products unless the product itself is faulty. If you want to return a product that you have purchased from us, please ensure it is unopened and in its original packaging.
