A great stand-by when you’ve been out and about all day and have to whip up something nutritious for your little one in a hurry. It’s packed with protein and vitamins.
1 tin mixed beans
1 tin cannellini beans
1 tin organic chopped tomatoes
A few splashes of vegan Worcestershire Sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
It couldn’t be simpler; sauté the onion, then add all the other ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook until the flavours have had time to combine and stir regularly. Serve on their own, mashed a little for Stage Two, or with toast fingers for Stage Three and Baby-Led Weaning.
