Where do you deliver?
We now deliver to UK mainland addresses. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight will incur an additional cost if larger than a Royal Mail large parcel but you will be contacted prior to despatch about this. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, or outside the UK via our website. How much does delivery cost?
As well as Royal Mail we also use Couriers for delivery. We have a flat rate delivery charge of £3.95, which includes a nominal charge to cover the costs of packaging and handling. Delivery is FREE when you spend over £30.00*
How long does delivery take?
Orders received will be processed between Monday and Friday, within 2 working days of receipt. Delivery will then be made by Royal Mail or Courier within 2 to 5 working days.
Please allow extra delivery time during busy periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas).
What happens if I am out when they try to deliver?
If there is no one to accept your parcel, Royal Mail or our Couriers will post a card through your door for you to contact them to arrange a more convenient time to collect or deliver.

We will do our best to resolve any problems with you over the phone. If we cannot correct the problem we will be happy for you to return your item for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of used products unless the product itself is faulty. If you want to return a product that you have purchased from us, please ensure it is unopened and in its original packaging.
